Lora Kenyon is Principal at LTK Legal Search. Prior to starting LTK, Lora gained over 5 years of recruiting experience with top national recruiting firms. Lora has extensive experience matching attorneys at all levels with Am Law 100 firms, top regional boutiques, and in-house legal departments across the country. She also advises law firms and companies on a wide range of recruiting and retention topics, including compensation, diversity and inclusion, parental leave policies, and various flexible working arrangements.
Lora has a BA and MA in Communications from Texas A&M University and her JD from the University of Texas School of Law. After law school, Lora spent a year practicing with a small firm in Austin focusing on commercial litigation before transitioning to an Oil & Gas boutique in Houston. Lora left the practice of law in 2015 when she moved to London for her husband’s job. When returning to the US, Lora decided to pursue a new career path with legal recruiting and hasn’t looked back.
Lora currently resides in Houston with her husband and son. Lora enjoys reading fiction, hitting the gym, and experimenting with new recipes in her free time.
